V Myers-Brigs type - MBTI, enneagram and personality type info

V MBTI personality type cover chart

Pretty much all N types do.

. My choice maybe flawed but thats why the voting system is here for. And here its not definitely INTJ or INFJ. NF types would definitely put the feelings of the other person first above their own goals and would not try to force them to do what they wanted them to like that. Definitely N-dom. You are in the best place to test MBTI and learn what type V likely is!. It was a calculated decision. V was driven by a personal vendetta, not feelings for anyone else (Fi for you. INTJs want to change the world too. Although alot of what Debaser said holds weight but he has always been biased in favour of NT and conveniently ignore anything in favour of V. He comes up with dozens of ideas and plans for the unexpected. An INFJ gone mad. (also because Alan Moore seems like an INFJ to me as well, so V is his way of expressing his distrust in the Te systems, whilst having a fictional disguise). It's not that I have no respect for others' opinions, and I listen to them if I am not sure I am right. Now both INTJs and INFJs love symbolism but INTJs are more likely to take an efficient and effective way about it, relying mostly on their own sense of perfection and never loosing control of their project. I impose my opinion because it is the RIGHT one, and I want people to vote the RIGHT way. The contrast between them is clear. What is the best option for the MBTI type of V? What about enneagram and other personality types?. INFJ does not make much more sense. V was, again, all about the result and making the ends justify the means. If you enjoyed this entry, find out about the personality types of V for Vendetta characters list.. And moreover, V DID try to reason with Evey. The MBTI questionnaire sorts people into one of 16 different personality types.. Both INFJs and INTJs can plan and equally use violence as means to achieve their goals, like a mean to an end. If you have read the graphic novel, you know V allowed himself to be killed for exactly why I said: He knew he was a cold monster who was destructive, not constructive, that he would no longer be needed and would be detrimental to rebuilding. Also I don't think what V did to Evey was devoid of feeling. Si: Every one of his actions is driven through horrific past experiences; V remembers his time in the containment testing facility and is determined to avenge the wrongs weighed upon him and others. Welcome to MBTIBase - PersonalityBase, here you can learn about V MBTI type.. I don't think he's INTJ either. I can see INTJ but INFJ makes much more sense. That said I again concur there is no one type for most fictional characters. He comes up with elaborate schemes and works faithfully to make them happen. (in order to be visible and to become a symbol of revolution). He wasn't really even "self sacrificing" so much as he was just prepared to die. Found an interesting post. V is an INTJ not because he is a mastermind or because he "envisioned the ideals," but rather for many reasons including both (yes both, INTJs are visionaries with ideals and V's were much more personal, his methods much more impersonal and ruthless as INTJ rather than INFJ) of those and for everything else I argued, most of which you did not or could not bother to address. INFPs, like most introverts, are quiet and reserved. They prefer not to talk about themselves.. an Fe user would follow the rules and consider moral what everyone else considers moral. I can definitely see him as an Ni-dom, but the line between Thinker and Feeler is blurred in this one. IMHO I think he's INFJ. An INFJ would be more drawn to archetypes and symbolic message than actual effectiveness of their mission. I don't think INFP would go so far as to kill people to accomplish a goal (even a very deeply felt one). Jung also proposed that in a person one of the four functions above is dominant – either a function of perception or a function of judging.. V constantly quotes old books. Ne: He is a visionary who looks toward a greater London than the current government. He does want to change the world and doesn't live to see his goal as he is sure the people he was doing it for Will bear the fruits. Here you can explore of famous people and fictional characters.. Poetic, Symbolic, Self Sacrificing, Artistic. Not saying that is typical of all INTJs, but it is very atypical for INFJs. V set aside all feelings, all sympathy and empathy and emotions. V is most likely an INFJ. Rather than plan for a future that can be controlled with a more or less stereotypically sounding “iron fist” of a present INTJ, he trusts and gifts his product of vision to the realm – a hopefully perfect and idealistic world for the people as he willingly sacrifices himself. Or are NTs some kind of super human breed that can take on all kinds of traits without breaking a sweat. In this site you can find out which of the 16 types this character 'V' belongs to!. He uses his own past experiences to try and reach out to Evey, to take away her fear and make her strong.

. He's too idealistic and too emotionally involved with his goal. Definitely INTJ. He determines who he intends to kill by those who have been behind institutions that caused himself and others harm. That was about as opposite of "Fe" as it gets. It was all about making the ends justify the means and using whatever methods it took, ignoring all feelings that get in the way. Jung theorized that the dominant function acts alone in its preferred world: exterior for extraverts and interior for introverts.. Such kind of missions are usually if not always NFish. Free in-depth and practical information on the 16 personality types, including careers and relationships.. I would not really call him "poetic" or "artistic" either, not beyond what an INTJ is capable of, an INTJ may be symbolic as much or more than INFJ. They would try to rile up the masses towards a common goal and like V, would trust the masses and others in execution of it. He would have to be destroyed with the rest of the old world after his mission was complete. He takes away Evey’s fear through tactics employed on himself while in prison, believing that she will emotionally connect to and understand him. You say he did it so that Evey would be "sure of herself" and "empathize with the woman," but you conveniently omit the part where he literally tortured her. After he dies, Evey becomes the symbol, as a Si dom she learned his ways and can act from the shadows when the guidance is needed. Isabel Briggs Myers, a researcher and practitioner of Jung’s theory, proposed to see the judging-perceiving relationship as a fourth dichotomy influencing personality type.. Discover Array, and more, famous people, fictional characters and celebrities here!. He makes his own rules and gravitates toward those who share his alienation and pain. Regardless that's why I voted INFJ. Atleast I see a vengeful INFJ in INTJ. he does seem like an Fi user, however, but he is too organized and methodical to be a prospecting type. V determines the best course of action and sticks to it. Instead its exactly what is was, instead of reasoning like an INTJ would do, he psychologically manipulated Evey to be sure if her self. That is not what NF types do. INTJs are in a sense idealists too and it would make sense to have him typed like that, because apparently his Fi was violated. Even if not directly tested, public voting can provide good accuracy regarding V Myers-Briggs and personality type!. Evey had a typical F type reaction to it. V never really even had cared about anyone before Evey; that whole "created a monster" scene, the parts you omitted that I mentioned about his ignoring the human element, focusing on revenge and entirely looking toward his goal. Saying that INFJs are unable to do that or that NFs aren't capable of cruelty is wrong as well. He also loves the things of the past. He discerns how best to enlist the people to support him; he knows what will drive them to action and spur on the resistance. He has a way with words which made me think of more Fe than Te. NFs can be just as rational as NTs then. He also did not pick up on the social subtleties the way Evey did; he was surprised she could tell the reporter was lying. His vision is very Ni-Ti. He chooses to plan in such a way as to accomplish every single one of his goals – even if it takes his final breath to do it. You realize that absolutely nothing you said as supposed INFJ evidence is actual INFJ evidence, right.
